These Terms & Conditions govern your use of 3g33 and form a legally binding agreement between you and 3g33. By registering an account or using the platform, you accept these terms in full.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 3g33 ("3g33", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at 3g33.org. These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with 3g33, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, bonus participation, and use of all services provided on the platform.
By accessing or using the 3g33 platform in any manner — whether by visiting 3g33.org, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional offer — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.
Eligibility
Access to and use of the 3g33 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. It is your responsibility to ensure you are eligible before registering an account or making use of any service on the platform.

- You must be a natural person acting in your own name and for your own account. Use of the platform on behalf of another person, or the creation of an account for a third party, is strictly prohibited.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to any legal restriction that prevents them from entering contracts may not use the platform.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and at any time when requested by 3g33 for identity verification, KYC purposes, or fraud prevention.
- You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which use of online gambling platforms is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 3g33 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3g33 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Where there is any doubt about whether a user meets the eligibility criteria, 3g33 may restrict, suspend, or terminate the account pending verification. Any funds deposited by an ineligible player may be returned minus any winnings derived from gameplay.
Account Registration and Verification
To access the full range of services offered by 3g33, you must register an account. Each player is permitted to hold only one account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
Registration Requirements
During registration you are required to provide the following information accurately and completely. Submitting false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.
- Full legal name as it appears on your National ID (NID) or passport.
- Valid Bangladesh mobile number. This number will be used for account login, OTP verification, and communication from 3g33.
- Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older. 3g33 will verify this information against your KYC documents.
- A valid password of at least 8 characters. You are solely responsible for the security of your password and must not share it with any third party.
KYC Verification
3g33 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before your first withdrawal may be processed, you must submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or birth certificate) and, where requested, proof of address. KYC verification is also required for the removal of any account-level deposit limit and prior to the processing of any withdrawal above ৳10,000. 3g33 may request additional documentation at any time where there are reasonable grounds to do so, including for fraud prevention or anti-money-laundering compliance purposes.
Deposits and Withdrawals
3g33 supports a range of payment methods designed for the Bangladesh market. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 3g33 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. All transactions are subject to the limits, processing times, and conditions set out below and as may be updated from time to time on the platform.
Deposit Conditions
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit, however 3g33 may apply transaction monitoring controls for large deposits and may request source-of-funds documentation where the circumstances require it.
- Deposits are processed in real time for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to appear in your account balance.
- 3g33 does not charge fees on deposits made via mobile wallet. Some bank transfer providers may charge their own fees which are outside 3g33's control.
- All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. 3g33 will not accept deposits from third-party payment sources and any such deposit may be returned at 3g33's discretion.
Withdrawal Conditions
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to that method supporting withdrawals. Where the original method does not support withdrawals, 3g33 will process the withdrawal to an alternative verified method registered to your account.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. Processing times are subject to the operating hours and technical availability of third-party payment processors.
- Withdrawals will not be processed if your account has not completed KYC verification, if there is an open bonus with an active wagering requirement attached to your balance, or if 3g33 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity on your account.
3g33 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000. This may include requests for source-of-funds documentation and may result in processing delays while the review is completed. 3g33 is committed to completing such reviews as quickly as reasonably practicable.
Bonuses and Promotions
3g33 offers promotional bonuses and special offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered on the 3g33 platform unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the specified time period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly. Bonuses credited to your account are for wagering purposes only and do not constitute a real-money balance until wagering requirements have been met.
- 3g33 reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold associated winnings where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that a bonus has been claimed through the use of multiple accounts, the provision of false information, or any form of bonus abuse including coordinated play designed to exploit promotional terms.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Players who have previously held an account with 3g33 under any name or mobile number are not eligible for any new-player promotional offer.
- 3g33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any specific terms applicable to that promotion. Any bonus funds already credited to a player's account at the time of cancellation will remain subject to their original wagering requirements.
Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the specified game or games only and expire at the time stated in the relevant promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal.
Gameplay Rules
All games offered on the 3g33 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money bets. The following general gameplay conditions apply to all game categories on 3g33.
Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and any stake placed during that round will be returned to the player's account. 3g33 will not honour payouts resulting from a game outcome that was caused by a technical error, regardless of whether the error appeared to produce a winning result. Where a dispute arises, the outcome recorded in 3g33's server logs shall be the definitive record.
Sports Betting
All sports betting markets are subject to the rules of the relevant sport and the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. 3g33 reserves the right to void or suspend any betting market prior to settlement where it has reasonable grounds to do so, including where there is evidence of match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or where an event is abandoned or postponed. Settled bets will not be reversed except where a payout was made in error.
Live Casino
Live casino games are hosted by third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each live game are determined by the relevant provider and are displayed within the game interface. 3g33 is not responsible for decisions made by live dealers, which are final and binding. Any dispute regarding a live game outcome must first be raised with 3g33 support, which will escalate the matter to the relevant provider where appropriate.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3g33 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
- Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer, exploit, or circumvent any aspect of the platform's software, games, security systems, or payout mechanisms.
- Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, interact with games, or harvest data from the platform.
- Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person in circumventing the one-account-per-player policy.
- Using the platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, or engage in any activity that constitutes a criminal offence under the laws of Bangladesh.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward 3g33 staff or other players, whether through the live chat system, email, or any other communication channel.
- Providing false identity documents, misrepresenting your age or identity, or impersonating any other person during the KYC verification process or at any other time.
3g33 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, 3g33 reserves the right to take immediate action including account suspension, permanent ban, withholding of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities.
Responsible Gaming
3g33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players and may be activated at any time by contacting 3g33 customer support at [email protected].
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a deposit limit may not be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours from the time of the request.
- Session time reminders: Players may request automatic reminders after a specified period of continuous play to help manage the time spent on the platform.
- Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or indefinitely. During the self-exclusion period, the player's account will be locked and no deposits will be accepted.
- Account closure: Any player may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting support. Existing verified balances will be paid out within 5 business days of the closure request, subject to KYC requirements being met.
Intellectual Property
All content available on the 3g33 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of 3g33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the platform is the exclusive property of 3g33.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 3g33 platform for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform without the express written permission of 3g33. Unauthorised use of 3g33's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may be a criminal offence.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3g33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to the following categories of loss.
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, howsoever arising.
- Any loss arising from the unavailability, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform or any game or service offered on the platform, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, or any other reason.
- Any loss arising from your reliance on any information or content displayed on the platform, including odds, game results, promotional material, or any other data.
- Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. 3g33's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Account Termination and Suspension
3g33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the grounds listed below. Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in full.
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, or failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform in connection with any criminal offence.
- A request from a law enforcement authority, regulatory body, payment provider, or court order requiring 3g33 to take action in respect of your account.
- Your voluntary request to close your account or activate a self-exclusion period, in which case any verified balance will be returned in accordance with the withdrawal conditions set out in these Terms.
Where 3g33 suspends an account pending investigation, the player will be notified where it is lawful and practicable to do so. 3g33 aims to complete all investigations promptly and will communicate the outcome to the player upon conclusion of the review.
Amendments to These Terms
3g33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 3g33 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform or, where practicable, by communicating directly with the player. The updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication on the platform.
Your continued use of the 3g33 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with the termination provisions above.
